We are a small, local, family-owned business with a passion for "dirt work" and helping our community.

Richard Syler (owner and operator) has been in the construction business for over 30 years. Operating heavy equipment and fine tuning the land is his expertise. He was trained at a young age by his father-in-law, an expert heavy equipment operator with his own excavation business. This is what started his love for dirt, and he has been working the land ever since. Richard is a fun-loving father of three sons and one daughter and the father-in-law to his business partner Jacob. He has recently become a "Peepaw" to two young grandsons who keep him on his toes. He was born and raised in middle Tennessee and loves giving back to his community any way he can.

Jacob Jones (owner and operator) has been working hard since he was a young boy. He has a passion for hard work and a strong sense of detail. Ever since he could hold a wrench in his hand, he was working alongside his dad in the garage. From mechanical to welding to operating, he is truly a "jack of all trades". Jacob has also been running his own welding business since he was a teenager. He is the son-in-law of Richard and has a beautiful wife, two baby boys, lots of animals, and a farm on the outskirts of Watertown. Jacob is a God-fearing man with a passion for helping other people.
